Rehabilitation and Therapy Care

Care by The Children’s Hospital, Westminster provides rehabilitation and therapy services. These services are available by appointment and referral only. Be sure to ask your doctor if this location might be an option for you.

Hours

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday audiology appointments are available from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Driving Directions

Care by The Children's Hospital, Westminster, is located at 7577 W 103rd Avenue, Suite 200, near the intersection of US 36 and Church Ranch Road.

From US 36, exit west onto Church Ranch Road.
Turn right on 103rd Avenue.
Turn right into the second driveway and follow the signs to the Sensory Park.
Care by The Children's Hospital, Westminster, is located in the building furthest north, across from the Sensory Park.
