Care by The Children’s Hospital, Pueblo offers your family appointments with pediatric rehabilitation/therapy specialists. Be sure to ask your doctor if this location may be an option for you.

Driving Directions

The clinic is located in north Pueblo off of I-25. 

Take exit 101 west to Canon City. At the first intersection, travel north on Elizabeth Street to Fortino Boulevard. Turn left. We are the third building on the left. 

Look for The Children's Hospital Balloon Boy above our front door.
