KidStreet at The Children’s Hospital

As community-based licensed centers, KidStreet is uniquely designed to provide daily rehabilitation services for infants and children with complex medical needs. These children receive the skilled nursing and rehabilitative therapy care their medical condition requires while allowing them the opportunity to interact with other children.

Services Provided at KidStreet

  • Licensed care centers for children with complex medical needs
  • Open daily, Monday through Friday
  • Serves children ages six weeks to six years
  • Handicapped accessible with adaptive play centers
  • Transportation services may be available for children whose needs are more complex (i.e., vent dependent)
  • Pediatric specialists including RNs, LPNs, OTs, PTs, SLPs, RTs, LCSW, educators and paraprofessionals
  • Individualized family plans are created in collaboration with KidStreet staff, healthcare professionals and the community
