If your child is like most children these days, he may be happier watching television or playing video games. While these activities are okay in moderation (the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends no more than two hours of inactivity for school-aged children), it’s important to find time every day for fitness. In fact, toddlers need an hour-and-a-half and school-aged children require an hour of exercise daily for good health.

Exercise doesn’t have to be boring and shouldn’t be something to dread. Here are a few fun suggestions to help keep your kids healthy and fit.
