Mini Veggie Pizzas

You don’t have to be a family of vegetarians to enjoy a delicious and healthy vegetarian meal. Try these yummy pizzas for a healthy supper.
Ingredients:
- 8 mini bagels
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup chopped veggies
Directions:
Split each bagel and add 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each half. Top with your favorite veggies and divide the cheese evenly over each mini pizza. Heat in microwave or oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
