Referring Physicians

Throughout The Children's Hospital, we've made improving service and providing prompt communication with our patients' physicians among our top priorities. Today, all aspects of communication with referring physicians are provided for everything from consultations to patient transfers enabling Children's specialists to easily send to referring and personal physicians timely information about their patients. 

The following services are specifically aimed toward referring physicians:

• After Hours Telephone Care Program - The After Hours Telephone Care program is a telephone triage and advice service for families of subscribing physicians.
• Locum Tenens - The Children’s Hospital’s Locum Tenens Service provides coverage for pediatric practices throughout Colorado and Wyoming.
• One Call - There is only one number to remember and only one call to make 720-777-3999.
• Physician Relations - The Physician Relations department helps community healthcare providers interface with The Children's Hospital.
