After Your Visit to The Children's Hospital

After your hospital stay, procedure or clinic visit to The Children's Hospital, you will undoubtedly have some questions about your child's health, recovery and next steps. Your child's doctor, nurse or a member of our medical staff will give you instructions before you go home.  If you have any any questions before you leave, please don't be afraid to ask about them or clarify any concerns you have.  After you go home, you might have some additional questions that you had not thought of before. Do not hesitate to call your doctor or the contact person given to you at the time of your visit, as they can help answer those questions and support you in the care of your child at home.

Questions About Your Bill, Medical Records and Insurance

Healthcare can be confusing - not only the medical aspects of it, but also the business side of it. You may have questions about your insurance, bill or medical records that do not arise until you go home, or possibly weeks and months after your visit.  The Children's Hospital wants to make this process easier for you so that you can focus on your child's health, not paperwork. The links below should help answer many of these questions.
